• the newsletters include easy to read tax content, that we write
• we supply access to the text so if required you can send out by snail mail
• we will design a unique html template for your newsletters - the template will include your logo and corporate colours
• you can add up to 5 articles that you write - the articles will automatically be included together with our tax content
• you can upload our newsletter content to your website at no extra charge
• we can deliver the emailed newsletters on your behalf
• readers of the newsletter articles can use a one-click “request for call back” feature
• you have a say in the final version of the tax material published
• if required you can edit or delete our content
• you are licensed to cut and paste the text into your own printed newsletters
• we enable access to our online registration facility - you control who receives emails, or you can send yourselves
• you can send the newsletter to one contact or a thousand, provided they have formally opted-in, cost is the same

The current price of this service is £60 per month, plus vat. (Single site license). Invoiced quarterly.

Our TaxNews product does not provide a number of the features included in our NewsXtra service. In particular subscribers to TaxNews:

• cannot add own articles, you are restricted to our tax content
• cannot brand your newsletters, emails carry your practice name but no logo etc
• are not licensed to add our tax content to your web site

The current price of this service is £40 per month, plus vat. (Single site license). Invoiced quarterly.
In all other respects the features of the TaxNews service are the same as NewsXtra.
