MiniSites have an element of branding, and include the following features.

• A MiniSite provides an effective internet presence for those practices who do not have, and do not want the problems associated with creating their own web site.
• We will maintain the content and make sure that you have a continuously updated web site.

• A MiniSite displays Tax Tips and a full archive of our Newsletters (if you are also a Newsletter subscriber). We also include a number of tax calculators and a table of tax rates and allowances.

• The site will include your contact details and information about your practice.
• The web site has a facility to capture visitors' email addresses which are added to your newsletter subscriber list.

• You can add extra pages to the standard site - for example using the site for some service delivery such as downloading standard forms. Each extra page costs £100, and for frequently amended pages we may charge an additional £4 per month for maintenance.

The current price of this service is £25 per month, plus vat. (Single site licence). Invoiced quarterly . There is a one-off upfront construction cost of £100 plus VAT to build the site.
