Advertising can be booked on this site subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Advertising is offered to third party product and services providers subject to the disclaimer in paragraph 2 which follows.
2. Disclaimer – “Whilst the directors of WYSIWYG Ltd t/a Uktaxworld have offered advertiser’s space on this web site in good faith, Uktaxworld provides no endorsement of, nor does it underwrite the risks of, using the services and products so advertised.”
3. WYSIWYG Ltd (UKTW) has provided an online bidding facility on this site which enables prospective advertisers to bid for space. The directors of UKTW retain the right to refuse any bid submitted without explanation.
4. Once a bid is formally accepted by UKTW, an emailed acceptance will be sent, UKTW will submit an invoice to the advertiser. UKTW will also advise what information; graphics and copy are required to create the online advertisement. Work on the relevant web pages will not commence until payment is received.
5. Notwithstanding the requirement for pre-payment of the advertisement, UKTW agree to maintain the advertiser’s web presence for the agreed period.
6. The period of advertising set out in the relevant bid is fixed. UKTW will remove an advertiser’s presence on this web site, at their request, and before the end of the advertising period, but no refund of fees paid will be considered.
7. The top three slots on each of the advertising pages, practice support, second opinions and publications and tools, will be offered to the highest bidder at the time the space becomes free. (At the end of the previous advertising period.) As the demand for advertising increases we will provide information regarding availability.
8. Submission of a bid on this site confirms acceptance of these terms and conditions.
